Frequently Asked Questions About Life Coaching for Women in Transition

If you’re here, chances are something in your life no longer fits the way it used to.

Women often reach out during periods of transition—career shifts, identity changes, relationship changes, parenting pivots, or that quieter but persistent sense that something is ready to evolve.

These FAQs are here to give you a clear sense of what working together looks like, so you can decide whether this kind of support fits where you are right now.

No pressure. No hype. Just clarity.

  • I work with high-functioning, self-aware women moving through real life transitions—sometimes loud and messy (divorce, parenting, relocation, career change), sometimes quiet (identity shifts, burnout recovery, menopause, or feeling that things just are not “right”).

This is clarity without the fluff: honest conversation and grounded support that helps you figure out what’s actually going on and what comes next—without generic Hallmark-movie advice dressed up as empowerment. When we work together you get the real thing.

  • This is for women who:

    • are used to being the strong one but want space to breathe

    • know something is shifting, even if they can’t name it yet

    • feel pulled in too many directions and want clarity instead of noise

    • want decisions that feel aligned rather than forced

If you’re in the messy middle and you don’t need a perfect plan—you need perspective, strategy, and a real next step—this is a good fit.

  • Therapy often focuses on unpacking your past.

Coaching is about moving forward: we look at what’s happening now, name the patterns, and build steps you can actually use in real life—not in theory.

I’ll support your emotional process, but the work is future-facing: clarity, decisions, boundaries, and momentum

  • The consultation is a clear, grounded conversation—no pitch, no pressure—so you can decide what makes sense for your season.

    We’ll discuss:

    • what’s shifting (loud or quiet), and what feels most pressing right now

    • what you want to change or rebuild (self-trust, direction, how you’re carrying life)

    • what structure fits best going forward

By the end, we’ll choose a next step—an individual session, a 90-minute deep dive, or a longer container like the 3-Month Rhythm or 6-month support—based on the level of change you want and how much structure you need.

  • Options include:

    • Single Session (60 min): $175

    • 90-Minute Planning/Intensive: $260

    • 6-Month Reconnection & Rising: $160-$305 (longer container for deep change, steady reflection)

    • 6-Month Steady Shift: $595/month (higher support + between-session guidance)

  • AI can be helpful for ideas, language, and organizing thoughts.

Where women tend to get stuck isn’t in insight—it’s in integration: making decisions that match your values, staying steady under stress, and actually following through when life is messy and the “right answer” isn’t obvious. (That’s the human part.)

I use AI as a behind-the-scenes tool to streamline planning and clarify options, but coaching is grounded in real-time context, human judgment, and honest conversation—so tools become usable in your actual life.

  • Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential and handled with care and professionalism.

As a licensed clinician, I’m also a mandated reporter. That means confidentiality has a few legal limits—such as concerns about serious harm, abuse or neglect, or when required by a court order.
