Trusted Coaching Support for Families in Your School Community

You see it every day:

A teen shuts down in class.
A parent calls in, overwhelmed and unsure what to do.
A student who used to thrive is suddenly struggling—emotionally, socially, academically.

As educators, you want to help—but your plate is already full. And sometimes, the support a family needs goes beyond what the school system can provide.

That’s where I come in.

A Trusted Referral Partner for Schools

I’m Eileen—a life coach who works directly with teens, young adults, parents, and caregivers navigating real-life stress, transition, and emotional overwhelm.

I’ve partnered with schools, counselors, and community-based programs to support families outside the classroom—so students can thrive in it.

Who I Work With

  • Teens (ages 13–19) facing anxiety, disconnection, or identity struggles

  • Young adults navigating early adulthood, post-grad stress, or college burnout

  • Parents and caregivers who are unsure how to support their teen or manage family tension

  • Women in transition—many of whom are part of your school staff or parent body

I don’t offer therapy. I offer practical, emotionally intelligent coaching that gives people the tools to move forward—without shame, blame, or overwhelm.

Why Schools Refer Families to Me

  • I speak teen and adult fluently

  • I respect the emotional load educators carry—and don’t add to it

  • I support families without judgment, and meet people exactly where they are

  • I’m clear, communicative, and easy to work with

Many schools keep this link on hand to share with families, teachers, or staff who might benefit from support. It’s one small way to help someone take the next step.
